We had a lovely time at this stylish hotel with a fantastic atmosphere and great meals, though the shower situation wasn't ideal for taller guests. The location is wonderful, right by Richmond Park, making it easy to explore the area. That said, the dining experience was marred slightly by having dogs in the restaurant, which detracted from the ambiance. The staff's attention to our anniversary celebration was a nice touch, but the communication regarding the billing process left something to be desired.
